Layered pink petals give each embroidered face its own arrangement. The circular frame carries a Greek-key border; the domed reverse is decorated with scrolling relief. The frame, sides and reverse are made of Miao silver.

Care+

Keep the embroidered surface dry. Avoid direct contact with perfume and cosmetics, and store separately to protect the threads. Gently wipe the Miao silver with a soft, dry cloth.

ROSY BUD

A bud in thread.
A quiet bloom.

Rosy Bud takes its name from the gathered pink petals. A small floral fragment, outlined in gold-coloured thread, rests within a round frame.

Each flower has its own arrangement of petals and leaves. Worn together, the two faces echo each other without being identical.

THE ART OF JING EMBROIDERY

Petal by petal,
colour gathers.

Part of Verse, Olsevi’s embroidery collection, this pair features Jing embroidery.

Rose-magenta threads soften into pale pink across the petals. Fine gold-coloured outlines and olive accents stand against the dark ground, revealing the direction of the stitches.

A small bloom, held close.

MIAO SILVER & EMBROIDERY

A soft centre.
A defined edge.

A round Miao silver frame traces the embroidered face with a Greek-key border. The sides lead to a domed, scroll-pattern reverse. The frame, sides and reverse are made of Miao silver.

The front holds the colour and texture of Jing embroidery; the raised scrollwork on the reverse offers a different play of light.

ON THE BODY

A line of colour.
A quiet movement.

The compact circular form brings a note of pink beside the face. The hook and connecting ring allow a gentle movement.

Ivory linen echoes the pale pink threads, while mineral teal sets off the richer rose tones.

THE HOUSE OF OLSEVI

Written in thread.
Held in a frame.

Rooted in Chinese aesthetics, our perspective begins with the relationship between what is held and what is revealed. Space, contrast and the choice of a fragment give that idea a tangible form.
