Songtao embroidery forms the floral centre. Rose-pink stitches and green leaves sit against black cloth, framed by Miao silver with an engraved reverse and a small teardrop pendant. The frame, sides and reverse are made of Miao silver.
Care+
Keep the embroidered surface dry. Avoid direct contact with perfume and cosmetics, and store separately to protect the threads. Gently wipe the Miao silver with a soft, dry cloth.
PETAL VERSE
Petals, written
in thread.
Named for a floral letter, Petal Verse holds a small composition of petals and leaves within an elongated frame.
The two embroidered faces have their own arrangement of colour. Worn together, they read as two lines of the same verse.
THE ART OF SONGTAO EMBROIDERY
Colour follows
the stitch.
This piece belongs to Verse, Olsevi’s embroidery collection, and features Songtao embroidery.
Pink threads overlap in petal-like strokes, while shades of green give the leaf its direction. The black ground leaves space around the colour, making the texture of each stitched area visible.
A floral composition, held close.
MIAO SILVER & EMBROIDERY
A soft centre.
A defined edge.
The narrow Miao silver frame follows the length of the embroidery. A small scroll detail crowns the form; an engraved teardrop completes it below. The frame, sides and reverse are made of Miao silver.
The front reveals colour and thread. The reverse offers a quieter, engraved surface.
ON THE BODY
A line of colour.
A quiet movement.
The elongated form brings a touch of rose and green beside the face. The small pendant moves gently beneath the embroidered panel.
Ivory linen lends an everyday softness; deep mineral teal draws out the brighter stitches. The same pair moves between both.

Rooted in Chinese aesthetics, our perspective begins with the relationship between what is held and what is revealed. Space, contrast and the choice of a fragment give that idea a tangible form.
