Su embroidery pairs light green leaves with brown veins and warm ochre petals. Each panel preserves a different crop of the botanical motif, framed in Miao silver with an engraved reverse. The frame, sides and reverse are made of Miao silver.
Care+
Keep the embroidered surface dry. Avoid direct contact with perfume and cosmetics, and store separately to protect the threads. Gently wipe the Miao silver with a soft, dry cloth.
AUTUMN GLEAM
A leaf catches light.
A petal holds warmth.
Autumn Gleam takes its name from the meeting of pale green and warm ochre. Within a slender frame, the leaf and flower recall a quiet moment between seasons.
The leaf and flower turn differently across the pair. Their two arrangements echo each other without being identical.
THE ART OF SU EMBROIDERY
Petal by petal,
colour gathers.
Part of Verse, Olsevi’s embroidery collection, this pair features Su embroidery.
Light green stitches fan out from brown leaf veins. Ochre shades gather in the petals, edged by fine silver-coloured lines against a pale woven ground.
A small trace of autumn.
MIAO SILVER & EMBROIDERY
A soft centre.
A defined edge.
The narrow Miao silver frame follows the length of the embroidery. A small scroll detail crowns the form; an engraved teardrop completes it below. The frame, sides and reverse are made of Miao silver.
The front reveals colour and thread. The reverse offers a quieter, engraved surface.
ON THE BODY
A line of colour.
A quiet movement.
The elongated form brings pale green and warm ochre beside the face. The engraved teardrop moves gently below the embroidered panel.
Ivory linen echoes the pale ground; mineral teal deepens the contrast with the ochre petals. The same pair moves between both.

Held in a frame.
Rooted in Chinese aesthetics, our perspective begins with the relationship between what is held and what is revealed. Space, contrast and the choice of a fragment give that idea a tangible form.
